Situated along Torquay harbour South Devon, Harbour 16 had the opportunity to acquire a neighbouring ground-floor premises and used this as an opportunity to increase its restaurant footprint and introduce a new wine bar. The new space has been designed around a relaxed wine-cellar atmosphere, with layered textures, rich finishes and carefully considered lighting to create a warm and intimate setting. Contrasting with the brighter harbour frontage, the interior design offers an enclosed, atmospheric dining experience that encourages guests to slow down and settle in.
