gutxi means “little” in Basque, the last surviving old European language. We like being gutsy; small, strong and courageous, yet worldly-wise.

gutxi is a planning, design-build and business-support services company. We build and refurbish interior spaces, using designs that are functional, immersive, and appealing. Under a single umbrella we offer: survey and planning, interior architectural design, design-build and business support.

Optimising the utility and appeal of key areas, where space is at a premium, is a design challenge that requires ingenuity. This is something that our design-build consultants excel at. We support customers through each stage of the project life cycle; from planning and concept through to design and build. We also offer business support to; help get projects off the ground, obtain consents, manage carbon emissions, deploy new technologies and maximise marketing impact.
